Alight | Original Australian Landscape

‘Alight’ continues the development of my recent theme – The Australian Grass Tree – and my interaction with their presence throughout my local environment.

Throughout this work I have tried to capture the vibrancy of the Australian bush. The intermingling of colour and life; from the darkest, shadowy blues to the brilliance of a hazy summer sky. A moment where the ground and sky are ablaze with colour and the foliage appears as golden as the setting sun.
